Itinerary
Day 1

  • Arrive in Salt Lake City, pick up your ski or board rentals and check into your downtown hotel.
  • The first evening you may want to walk around downtown and visit the Historic Mormon Temple Square. There are many great restaurants to choose from in this area.

    Day 2

  • Go to Snowbasin, which is north of Salt Lake City - ski or board all day
  • Stay in Salt Lake City

    Day 3

  • Ski or board Park City Mountain Resort
  • Eat dinner in Park City at one of the Park City Main Street restaurants
  • Stay in Salt Lake City

    Day 4

  • Ski Deer Valley Resort (they don’t allow snowboards)
  • Lunch at one of the Deer Valley restaurants (well-worth taking an hour out of you ski day)
  • Stay in Salt Lake City

    Day 5 (Optional)

  • Take a day off from skiing/boarding and visit Utah Olympic Park in Park City. See the ski jumps, luge, and bobsled runs. You may even take a Skeleton lesson if you enjoy going 40-60 miles per hour head first on a sled.
  • Walk around Park City Main Street stores and shops
  • Stay in Salt Lake City

    Day 6 (Optional)

  • Experience cross-country skiing at Soldier Hollow, one of the most popular venues of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Groomed tracks and trails make this a rewarding experience and a lot of fun - even if you’ve never tried cross country before. If you’re not used to this, a half day might be plenty for you.
  • Stay the night in Salt Lake City

    Last Day

  • Sleep in, eat breakfast, pack your bags and head for home.
