Why i do this

I have always loved to travel, especially to unknown places rich in culture and a lifestyle very different from what I knew. I like thinking differently than the norm, and I am known to see possibilities instead of limitations.

I love giving others the opportunity to experience this magical place, and I believe that the best way of preserving nature and culture is by showing it to people, so they have an actual chance of appreciating it.

I have overcome a lot of things in my life and always dreamt of helping others realizing their own worth and building back their self-esteem through extraordinary experiences and pushing not only their physical but also mental boundaries.

The best thing about my job is being able to give others once in a lifetime experiences that will make them grow as humans and be in their memory forever. Witnessing a person overcoming physical and mental challenges and being there to support them while they realize what they are capable of is extremely life giving to me.

Why i do this

I lived a very comfortable life in Denmark with a good job, steady income and a promising future. I always wanted something more of my life than working a typical 9 to 5 job. It can be hard to leave what you know and the decision of moving to Guyana has probably been one of the most important of my life.

Today my life is much different and everyday brings me new challenges as a tour leader or working as the part owner of the company. I thrive in my life and believe that this highly reflects the quality and enthusiasm of our tours and work.

The best part of my life today is to be a part of these amazing experiences with our guests. See their eyes when we run in to animals they did not believe exist, physically overcome challenges with them and participate in the feeling of succeeding as a team.
What really makes me happy is helping to create and live out all these dreams.
